My take on the U.S. and war is similar to that of the 2005 Spielberg thriller War of the Worlds. The United States is a giant killing machine, evil "aliens" who attack any and everthing in site. Repeatedly, time and time again, the U.S. manages by miracle to take into account various world issues that have absolutely nothing to do with America. The government digs and writhes until successfully finding a "place" in the matter. The rest of the world are innocent bystanders, defending themselves in a losing battle. They throw rocks at the killing machine for giving "unwanted help" and invading private territory. Besides tearing apart governments and reconstructing third world countries, the U.S. is also infamous for creating wars for no apparent reason. Hundreds of thousand of U.S. soldiers have died for "weapons of mass distruction" that still have yet to be found. All the while, the government works hard to conceal the death toll in Iraq. Misleading data reveals that only casualties in which soldiers were killed in the line of fire are technically being counted in the overall death rate, soaring accidental death rates are left unaccounted for in the entire tally. Just how democratic is America, the bully?
